The Audit rehearsals will run from 7:00–8:30 PM. The first rehearsal for the Audit will be June 9th.
The July 21st and 23rd is mandatory for all cast members. Tech Week is also mandatory and will take place July 27th, 29th, and 30th.
Performance dates are July 31st and August 1st.
We understand that summer often includes vacations and camps and will work with conflicts whenever possible. However, all mandatory rehearsal and tech dates are non-negotiable.
Children 10 and under must have an adult present on campus for all rehearsals and performances.
Please click the link below to view the sample script. Please also fill out the audition form below. Auditions will be a cold read from the script.
Most roles are flexible and can be gender-swapped, so please feel free to audition for the character that interests you most. Simple name changes can be made as needed, and paired roles (such as husbands and wives) can easily be adjusted to different relationships, such as a mother/daughter, father/son, siblings, or friends.
We can’t wait to see what you bring to auditions! Characterization is key—make bold choices, make it your own, and you’ll do great!
We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with Jenks Community Education for this show. Because this show is offered through Jenks Community Education, once everyone auditions and is assigned a role, you will need to enroll through their site as a class, we will send you the link to enroll. The cost is $30 per month or $60 total. Each enrolled individual will receive four free tickets to the show (tickets are $15 each), helping offset the monthly fee while supporting our mission of making theatre accessible to everyone.
These fees support rehearsal and performance space rental through Jenks Community Education. We remain deeply committed to making theatre available to all families and scholarship opportunities are available if needed. We also continue to offer volunteer opportunities for families to earn free tickets.
